Orthopaedics is a difficult and complex specialty, you must be able to know the difference between a great growing family oriented practice and a lacadazical practice. One should be willing to work hard for the patient as well as knowledge in order to provide the patient with proper treatment with a family like experience.
This organization is about family and continued proper care for patients. Not only will they develop you, but you can also assist in developing the organization. It's what medicine should always strive to be like, no matter what. This facility provides that.

Report Share. If a toxic work environment walked into a bar with poor leadership you would get OAM. The leadership and management are blind. Very detached from what is going on. Constantly trying to apply what works in Grand Rapids to Muskegon.

There is no ability to grow long term in this environment unless you thrive in an echo chamber. Please avoid at all cost. Pros Some good people to when with.
Cons Everything. Leadership from the top to the bottom are blind and do not care. Yes No. They favor people that kiss butt and the manage is horrible they have an x-ray tech running the office. They favor certain people they want everyone there to be their puppet. They run you ragged and get no compensation.
Pros Wonderful Doctors. Cons Again the management is horrible nothing gets fixed from complaints. Some of the girls who work up front are just very snooty. And have the attitude that their better than everyone. It's not a very welcoming atmosphere. You definitely don't get paid what you should to work there. Lots of drama. Their management is no different. Pros Scrubs are paid for. Cons Pay, not a nice atmosphere. A great place to work. I love my employer and am satisfied with my job. My manager is the best I have ever had and I am confident that I work with providers who are the best in their field.
Do you enjoy working at your company? Management and Human Resources, at every level, are rude and do not care about you or your personal requests regarding anything. The doctors will never pay attention to you and will treat you like they are better than you. They will never back an employee being attacked by a hostile patient and they have a lot of those due to keeping patients waiting for hours for their appts.

Jobs at Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon. Billing Manager. Medical Assistant. Encouraged communication between coders and physicians, very supportive management staff, overall great experience. If I still lived in the area, I would go back in a heartbeat. The management cares about the staff even when it seems they are to busy to deal with issues, they are really paying attention to detail. The office is very busy but seems to run as organized as it can be.
The doctors are very good at showing or teaching the staff new things without judgment.

The staff works well together even when it gets extremely busy. The main focus at the office is patient care and making sure the patients come first, always! Working here is fun, but also has its ups and downs. Free breakfast on tuesdays and free lunch on wednesday's are a plus. There is drama here just like everywhere.
